The Westin Arlington Hotel

The on-site Starbucks coffee bar in the hotel lobby was a lifesaver during my stay. I popped in every morning for a pick-me-up and ended up chatting with other guests about our plans for the day. It was like a mini social club, and the perfect way to start the day.

Parking misinformation.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it provides LCD TVs with HBO and pay movies, wired and wireless Internet access, and work desks with multi-line phones and ergonomic chairs. The work areas with ergonomic desk chairs were convenient for my productivity during the trip.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities.

It is a wonderful hotel and I liked its outstanding rooms and courteous personnel.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the metro. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay more pleasant. One of the best aspects was the valet parking service, which made it convenient to access my car whenever needed.

The lack of cleanliness in the room. There were strange items left behind, like a pair of shoes in the corner, and the housekeeping seemed to have missed vacuuming the corners.

I've had a good stay for three nights. It was reasonably clean, with great location and staff.

Stunningly beautiful hotel that has convenient location close to the airport if you are using it. The rooms with 2 full beds, bottle of water, the free breakfast. The check out is late.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. the hotel lobby had a pleasant and clean smell that was inviting.

The room was not up to standards, with various cleanliness issues such as dusty counters, stained carpets, and dirty lamp shades and nightstands. the bathroom also had its fair share of problems, with white fuzz from the towels and water marks on the mirror frame.

The lobby was beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating and soft lighting that made it easy for me to relax and unwind. As a senior, I appreciated the well-lit and spacious hallways, making it easy to navigate around the hotel. The accessibility features in the hotel were terrific, offering amenities that catered to the needs of senior guests like myself.

I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short metro ride away from the city center and located in the vibrant Ballston area. The rooms are comfortable with luxurious bedding and a refreshing raindrop shower head in the bathroom. The staff is extremely accommodating and the view from the hotel is amazing. Additionally, there is a convenient Starbucks located in the lobby.

There were issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, including stains on the carpets and duvets.

I keep returning for the top-notch service and comfortable accommodations. On my first stay, staff kindly provided a bottle of water at night. The hotel has everything I need, including Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, fitness center, and more. Excited to return for Christmas!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, in a very good area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the indoor swimming pool and the fitness center. we had a wonderful experience here.

Although we didn't have any major complaints, we did have a couple of small issues. We had to call for wash clothes and extra syrup, but they never arrived.

The hotel's prime location allowed us to easily venture into the nation's capital, where we particularly enjoyed the Smithsonian's National Zoo. It was a top attraction not to be missed, offering a delightful experience for both kids and adults.

My wife says that more kid-friendly activities on-site would have enhanced our family stay.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy for us to get to the city center. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with great sound dampening. We loved the rain shower and appreciated the free earbuds in the fitness center. Dining options were plentiful, and we enjoyed the nearby eateries.

Parking was costly, which was inconvenient considering the hotel rates.
